Is anyone else currently experiencing issues making a points booking? I can see the points availability on both the website and the app, but then I'm unable to actually make a booking. When I go to actually select the points rate it only offers me cash rates. Seems to be consistent across multiple locations/dates/brands.

There seems to be all kinds of problems at the moment (again). I had an issue with a FNA award not being returned to me yesterday after cancelling, and now I just canceled a SNA request but the SNAs were not deposited back into my account either.....
