Have requested them to assist me with chilling and they have obliged , even non meds at times .. thankfully . Have let them know about timings , they remind on LH that it is meds time !

Hope this helps .. things may have changed since last year though . Have not been able to fly as the ATB was off again week before . Am still grounded , sadly .
Hope to be able to fly soon 🤞🏻without the requisite quarantine of 2 / 3 weeks wherever .
