Not Hertz but Avis which is right next to it along with 3 or four others. What's your question?

From the looks of it, it does not matter who you go with in terms of service/proximity to the airport.

The rental service station is staffed 24/7 as far as I could tell. The whole checkin/get your car procedure did take a long time. You will be escorted to your car and the car will be closely examined before you drive off. The avis lady took the time to explain the features of the car to me and even helped us put our luggage in. This is why it takes such a long time. I'd say 20 minutes/rental. Don't be alarmed if no one is at your station as they likely be just outside handling a car.

English was a bit of a problem but nothing major. The cars are dropped off about a 1/4-1/2 mile away from the rental desk. From there, a clerk will drive and drop you off at the rental station. I found it easier to drop off Mrs. michaelr & luggage first, then return the car. I would plan on 30-40 minutes for the whole procedure.
