This is how they prepare and serve pre-covid domestic First Class meals in the U.S. I would imagine other countries, and long-distance flights would be similar, if perhaps a bit more complicated.
As things start getting back to normal again in the skies, many airlines are rethinking food service. I figured I would share this to give you an idea how involved it was back then, and maybe think a bit about how it might be improved in the future.
