A dinged up Odyssey sounds like it might be a recently purchased used bargain that Avis found for itself, but I have seen plenty of Honda vehicles at Avis locations, and have driven very new and well equipped Accords in the past from Avis (both times with NJ plates). Have also seen Civics and CRVs (maybe a Pilot or two) on other lots. Seems like Honda sells to companies in limited amounts, OR rental companies are buying them new from third parties.
