Hua Hin or Sharm-el-Sheikh are your only bets! Both hotels are marvelous, IMHO being some of the best Hyatt Resorts worldwide. In Bali, you shouldn't go to the Hyatt but go to the Grand Hyatt instead. But as far as Hua Hin or Sharm-el-Sheikh are concerned, I would probably use a wholesale agency as these hotels are normally sold well below their real value.
