Mogensen - No worries... Everyone has a right to complain. After all, if we didn't, we wouldn't be having the high level of service we are getting today

Mind you, this thing called "service" is still quite foreign in many parts of the world we live in today
Your points are well taken. Indeed, I too feel as if the airline is growing at an alarming rate. My friends and I always discuss the "identity" of the airline. What is it exactly? Unlike many of the airlines I've flown with, you feel that "you have arrived" the moment you step on the airline (am I making any sense?) I don't get that from EK

I do; however, get that vibe from BA, ME, LH, TG, SQ etc... The airline lacks an identity. The one thing I like most about flying ME to BEY is that the moment I get on the plane, I feel that I am "home" (all good thoughts, really

)
I think with time EK will need to start thinking about new ways to keep its customers happy. As you suggested, there are several things the airline can do to help it move along and stay at the top of its game.
