Hi all- will have 3 days in July in Cape Town. Arrival is on a Wednesday around 5pm, and departure from CPT is Saturday at 7:30pm (so... about 72 hours). We are staying in the V&A waterfront area.

My thought was to do the following:
- Wednesday arrival, Uber to hotel, and wander around the waterfront
- Thursday, City center + Uber to/from Table Mountain
- Friday, rent car near hotel and drive Cape
- Saturday, drive rental into wine regions, and then end up at airport

Does this Uber/rental plan make sense? I also want to be safety conscious, so would prefer not to be driving in the city center but feel comfortable outside of town.
