I too received the 10K renewal bonus, which had been mentioned in an email reminder on the continuing 10%-off CHASE10 offer they sent me back in April.

I also noticed that I received a 400% bonus on all purchases in both my April and May statements. None of these purchases included airfares or hotel stays. I checked all my emails from BA and Chase and I couldn't find any mention of this promo. Weird.
