BA wants 9750 Avios and $56.16

Does this seem right?

I have an eReward redemption to BA on Jan 31 2021, so I thought I have collected Avios in the prev 12 months and be eligible on flat fee which should not be this high?

In comparison, BA sells revenue ticket on the same flight same date, for 58 GBP. Obviously purchasing a revenue ticket makes much more sense, Still I dont understand how the award cost is priced. Can someone kindly explain it?
