I was trying to work out when my test kit would arrive ... and obtained this from the Eurofins chatbot

Day 2 tests are dispatched on day 0, to arrive by 1pm on day 2.
Day 8 tests are dispatched by day 6, to arrive by 1pm on day 8.
Tests for assure/depart are dispatched the next working day, to arrive the day after by 1pm.
Tests for release are dispatched on day 3\4 to arrive for day 5 by 1pm , unless day 5 falls on a weekend then it will arrive on the Friday.
If you ordered a test to depart/reassure AFTER 2pm yesterday the test will arrive the next working day before 1pm.
If it is after 1pm and you ordered before 2pm yesterday you can Email [email protected] where we will help

I'm rather surprised that they don't despatch test kits at weekends.
