I suspect a fraudulent credit application was made in my name, from a loan inquiry I made in NerdWallet.

On the same day that I entered my personal info in NerdWallet to get rates (with a soft pull), there was a hard inquiry on my Experian report. They sent my info to various lenders to provide rates, and I think one of them may be fraudulent and used my info to apply for a small business loan.

Does anyone have contact info for NerdWallet Fraud Dept?
