Bumping this thread to see if anyone has any recent experience with this travel agency.
I've seen some terrible reviews where getting refunds for COVID cancelled flights were extremely difficult.
Things I'm interested in are: 1) do they issue e-tickets immediately upon purchase, 2) are seat assignments possible, and 3) if rebooking to another flight is required due to delays/airline cancellations, do I have to work with them or can I work directly with the airline?
