Location for one....2 are in Oia town and one is not and thus has no Caldera views as noted just a couple of posts up. I seem to remember one of them in Oia (I think it was the Canaves Oia Suites) being on the wrong side of the small pedestrian walk from the view...meaning one has direct views due to the cliff side location and one would be looking over the pedestrian walk to get the view. Other than that it likely has to do with the physical property and layout of the property. These were likely acquired at different times and have different property characteristics.
