AGP-LHR last night
Iberia check in staff manning the BA desks didn't know what it was and insisted she needed to see the items individually. Having faffed around doing Verifly I stood my ground and pointed out that it was a BA and Iberia promoted app. She eventually call over a colleague who knew what it was and said okay.
Annoying experience.
