Turkey is still on the red-list of the UK.
Incoming flights were prohibited from Turkey to the UK but now UK & Irish citizens/residents could now fly to the UK from Turkey.

For non-UK/Ireland citizens/residents there are no changes traveling to the UK from Turkey.
