As others have mentioned they are not flexible on late checkout, we requested 11:30 instead of 11, but they wouldn't budge. In the end the porter didn't come for our bags until 11:15 anyways and it took a few minutes to get to reception so it all worked out for meeting our van.

Other than that one minor point, our stay was flawless. We did not eat dinner at the hotel as so many choices were easily available in walking distance. We enjoyed the hot tub every night, the pool several times, and just soaked in that view every day before and after our various outings.
