Hi,
I'm planning to take a 241 flight booking for this August as an e-voucher, as this will extend the expiry date by over a year, and retain the seat bookings etc. But, how do I then use this voucher, and the 241 contained in it? Do I just go through a standard booking then add the voucher, or do I go through an Avios booking? Or, do I have to do it over the phone? Want to make sure I don't accept a voucher that's impossible to use. Thank you.
