So part if the ticket was paid with that expiring gift card, part with a covid voucher, and part cash.
I'm not going to be able to travel. I can of course move the flight to another date though I do not know yet when I would be able to travel. And any date (until '22) will incur at least a 100 euro price increase. So that's a bit of a pity.
Does anybody have any experience getting a (voucher) refund on a ticket paid for with a (now expired) gift card? Specifically not one of the covid vouchers, but an actual gift card issued long before Covid was a thing?
Yes, exchanged a few gift vouchers last year and after cancelling in November/December I received new vouchers valid 1 year from date of issueing. Some of which were cancelled later on again and again received new vouchers with 1 year validity.
