I could have sworn that my old QR bookings included the AA ticket number, but yes, I guess I used the wrong terminology. I just scrolled through old confirmation emails, and they used to include both QR and AA PNRs. Now they only include QR's. Still disappointing especially with the long wait times when calling airlines these days. But I will try. Thanks!
