There are 8 A330s flying right now, planespotters.net lists them (and is up-to-date).

The only fin in YYZ this morning was 947. 940 left overnight to AMS (https://www.flightradar24.com/data/aircraft/c-gegc) and 943 (https://www.flightradar24.com/data/aircraft/c-ghkc) landing soon from LIM. The other fins were either in YUL or flying.
