Have you been vaccinated? Once or twice? Do you have, or will you have a fever? Have you had COVID-19 confirmed by PCR in the last 6 months? Do you have the symptoms of COVID now? Are you confirmed to be suffering from Long Covid / Covid Syndrome? Do you have any allergies? What is the purpose of the test?
