Location of PG is IMO better than Edition. Toranomon is pretty dead.

If you are not going to spend much time in the hotel, I'd probably say Aloft Ginza (tiny rooms) or AC Ginza (decent sized rooms a bit higher price), location is good, hotels are brand new, both have a roof top bar for an after sightseeing drink.
Or going outside Marriott, the Centric Ginza, also for location.
