Try the App.. I do not recall any previous discussions on this forum, that award reservations created by partner airlines cannot be viewed on TK web site. Looking at the error response, it says something about PNR modification. It could be that there was a small schedule change and reservation segments now need to be synchronized with the electronic ticket - this can only be done by the airline that created the reservation.
