Managing booking when booked via partner

Hi,

I booked an award trip on TK and trying to manage my booking on their website (which is pretty garbage..) to choose seats and just get the error message:
"This reservation cannot be viewed due to the sales channel where it was modified. You can apply to the channel on which you have arranged your reservation to make a transaction."

Is my only choice to call to make seat selections?
