The Conrad Tokyo (near the MESM) is also a good option that is cheaper than EDITION, PG, and MESM, and has a club lounge you can enjoy after sightseeing, a good value IMO. CPH-Flyer's recommendation of the Aloft Ginza and AC Ginza is also good if you don't plan on spending much time in the hotel.
