Not only did we not recieve them but the uninformed representitives and supervisors were clueless as to when they would come. It was a struggle to get our original sign up miles. While we signed up for the 10 k offer they refused the 15 k offer that was featured shortly after. There was another issue but we gave up finally and went elsewhere.
Other banks in the past were far more helpful as long as you could submit documentation of the better offer.
Of course they are fully within their rights to say no.
And we did too with our future spending.
