Welcome to flyertalk and the BA forum cdky.

Unfortunately as it is ticketed by Iberia, I do not think you can upgrade with BA avios per these guidelines

Also , you can only upgrade 1 cabin with Avios so you would need to book a premium economy ticket ( it would book into euro traveller. for MXP-LHR) You would get the WT+ avios and tier points not the J tier points and avios.
