Anyone have any experience with GoH bookings at Cap Cana Ziva/Zilara? Will they get the same treatment as globalist (club, butler, cabana)? I talked to my concierge about it and she said it was included in the coding for the booking, but I'm preparing to have pushback. We booked one room as globalist and one as GoH at Ziva Cancun. At check-in, they were completely clueless about what that meant. But then again, the globalist room didn't get any different treatment than what was already included in the booking.
No experience with GOH here but I did book (2) rooms and they treat each room as a separate entity and provide the associated benefits for each room (namely comped cabana for a day, 10-pc laundry, etc). But to be honest, I can see them not knowing what GoH is so you may just be better off having both rooms under your own name (or reach out to the property ahead of arrival to make sure they are aware).
