It's fine; reverse herringbone that's similar to, say, CX J. You won't have any trouble sleeping. Now, at least per my experience, the food on AA has always been underwhelming relative to some of their peers.

Flagship lounge is pretty nice, spacious and has relatively decent shower facilities. Flagship dining, unless they've changed, is only for F, but the food spread is adequate enough. Centurion lounge is actually quite nice, spacious with decent food and a spa facility (if you're into that sort of thing) and nice selection of drinks. Of course, you won't have any access issues, but it does tend to get a little crowded there these days.
