Hmm, this is no fun...

I'm trying to book an IAD-STT nonstop. UA is showing X award at the saver level (17.5k + $5.60). Award also shows up on Aeroplan (12.5k + $46 CAD). And it shows up on Turkish (7.5k + $5.6). I can get the award into my cart, but when trying to "continue to payment", I get the error:

The operator airline has not responded to booking request, please try again later or select different dates or flights.

Anyone seen this? Any way to resolve, or just try again later?


Edit: booking engine worked now and I booked my ticket online. I needed to get a ticket for companion too. Added companion, tried to book second Star Alliance ticket, but companion was greyed out. I called the 800-874-8875 number and got second ticket booked. Great service, and nice automated credit card + Miles & Smiles pin number entry system for doing the payment.
