My counsel said that alone is going to disqualify the ticket as you can argue that getting the maximum fine is totally arbitrary when I am attempting to comply with most of the rules (got a PCR test, submitted myself to a PCR on arrival, signalled I will be quaranting). Fines like that are for the Chris Sky type of idiot.
