You had to show a card to dine inside. We walked in and stopped to talk to the owners, who promptly said, we're all vaccinated and can take off our masks. So we did. We sat at the bar, which does not have plexiglass, and did not wear our masks. So it felt like a normal experience sitting at the bar and eating dinner. The bartender was wearing a mask.
Edited to add, this is a pub that closed its dining room last March, and throughout the winter only offered outdoor dining. They were very cautious and very thoughtful, and are taking appropriate cautions now that they have opened up their dining room.
