I don't find either of his descriptions particularly accurate. As his most recent experience proves, properties are able to game the process by downgrading guests after an SNA has been confirmed. This is in addition to the gaming of inventory to avoid having them clear in the first place.
Property has now posted at least two bogus TA reviews trying to make up for the bad pr. Business ethics are clearly nonexistent.
