Just wondering how the SQx rollover interacts with the credit card benefit

So you can rollover up to 200K SQM/200 SQS with the premium credit cards

Let's say you are a member that normally exactly hits SE with 100 SQx

Let's say you continue that during the pandemic and thus in 2022 earn 200 SQx including your 100 rollover

Does this mean you will continue to roll these over indefinitely? You roll your 100 excess SQx into 2023, fly 100 SQx in 2023 for a total of 200, roll 100 into 2024, etc etc

Would you always then get all the extra gifts and threshold e-ups? Would you always immediately qualify for SE from day one of the new year?

I see that there is some discussion about whether the rollover SQx will let you qualify for threshold gifts but it seems that with a credit card this one year would give you a perma rollover if you are someone who habitually qualifies for SE
