The release doesn't say anything about what the additional 5 departures will be that will bring them up to "full" 18 daily PAE departures in Spring 2022. All the destinations listed are for Fall '21, when they say they'll only have 13 daily. Additionally, I believe that PSP and PHX are specifically seasonal, so when they are dropped in the spring, that's 7 flights that will be going somewhere unmentioned. Might include SJC or PDX. Might not.

I can say that in the before times when I was regularly on SJC-PAE towards the end of the week, the flights were pretty full. So I suspect that SJC will come back along with business travel, assuming business travel comes back.
