Thank you. In June, this is via the bus between Z11 <> B58? On my return, flying IST-FRA on TK and connecting to UA, will I arrive into the airside area of B or into an arrivals/landside area where I have to reclear security for an international (Z) departure?

115 minutes is highly enough to use the Skyline path from Z to B and I would not consider this as a short connection. You would even have a minimum of 30 minutes to waste in the B concourse.
Thank you.
