I’m a current 25K who is at 19k SQM via rollover and credit card spend SQM (despite sadly not having flown since March 2020) so do I have to get 6K SQM and $3K SQD to qualify to headstart $25k/$3k next year, or do I have to fly the 25k because the rollovers don’t count, just BIS?
Curious, because if the rollovers count, I could probably find a way to sink $3K into 6K (or significantly more) of domestic travel, in hopes that it will set me up better for 2022, when more long-haul travel will hopefully be a more realistic option.
There has been no differentiation on how the SQM are earned, so your rollover/spend-based SQM are good.
