Hi,

It is by boat or water taxi.

There is a regular water shuttle bus (was every 30 mins) from the dock outside the lobby to san marco (also stops at zaterre from 6PM in the evening ) taking 20 mins or so. It is €8 regardless of 1 trip or 20.
the public vaporetto service stood are near by and also go towards the railway station and san marco. I was there for a week so bought a weekly pass.
