I do too but for different reasons. ETOP exists for a reason and feel completely safe as accident stats (or lack thereof) prove it.
I'm against it because the cabin is too narrow for too long of a time.

Out of curiosity, are you against narrow bodies on transcon routes? A lot of West Coast-Hawaii flights are a shorter distance than some East-West transcons.
