Does this also apply for bookings via Booking.com? (no points)

I had a stay in Sept booked through B and the rate appeared to be more or less the same as on Radisson webpage (I can't remember why I booked on B) but I didn't receive any points.

Anyway, I was upgraded as I furnished the hotel with my RR number in advance by email. That was nice.
