If you plan on staying at Cosmo again, much better to go for Identity points - that $4k in spend would net you at minimum around $1600 in free rooms and $200 in resort credit, beats 70k marriott points any day (which wouldn't even be enough points for 1 free night at Cosmo via Marriott).
