I guess there's a bit of an ambiguity in the WoH T&Cs. You can only redeem a TSU for a standard suite, but if you can redeem a TSU for a particular suite, is that suite categorically a standard suite? My interpretation is yes, but it isn't explicitly defined anywhere, not that I could find. If yes, then the property is definitely obligated to upgrade a Globalist complimentary upon check in.

Either way, my main issue is with this property's abuse of the spirit and intent of the WoH T&Cs, not the letter of the T&Cs per se. They may be within their rights to treat the (slightly) larger Saarinen as a suite (in big fat quotes) for the purposes of complimentary Globalist upgrades, but that's certainly not what WoH intended when creating the program.
