You will be able to stream AA inflight entertainment, and make sure you bring charger or battery bank. No active WiFI over the Pacific.
Unless AA changed their food options in July, its either a sandwich or cheese plate (I hope they did change to hot food options by then). You will have a constant beverage service, and some snacks to choose from.
