That idea has been floating around for a while. I think it's a reasonable step to take. Getting WA and Qld to agree to it will be whole different kettle of fish.

It does again highlight how confusing the messaging from the federal government is. A few weeks ago it was borders closed until 2024, now it's 6 weeks until vaccinated people can start coming and going.
