I was told yesterday at PHX that there was a 45 - 60 minute wait to get into the lounge there. Given the gradual erosion of the other perks it's going to make me reconsider whether I should be renewing my Platinum card this year.
100% agree....I once witnessed someone trying to get into an AMEX lounge with his basic green corporate card (naively thinking that made him a VIP)....hate to say it, its an expensive perk and needs less people using it, not more. £55 isn't really a hike to justify such a reward.
