Thank you for your response, hoping they will change the rules. Any suggestions of countries that will allow either vaccinated US citizens or negative PCR prior to arrival? I am looking for another country to visit besides for Croatia with a family.
Many countries are opening up with varying restrictions and different timelines, so when you go will also make a difference. You can travel easily to Montenegro from Croatia (fully vaccinated or negative tests are accepted) or go to Bosnia with a negative test. Of course, you could go to Greece (vaccines and negative tests are accepted). And here’s today’s Forbes article with the latest:
