Booked Premium Luxury Room, Received Studio Suite or Junior Suite (not sure which but definitely an upgrade)

- How are the rooms?
The rooms are generally to a high standard after the renovations a couple of years ago. They seem well maintained.

- What was good and what was bad?

Good:
Staff very proactive both emails beforehand and by text during the stay to check everything OK. Bar & restaurant had a nice atmosphere & good food/drinks - both were full both nights we were there.

Bad:
Main bar & restaurant opening hours are limited (Bar only open Thursday-Monday, restaurant Wednesday-Saturday except for breakfast). They have added some tables outside on the street to act as a "light restaurant space" though.

- Did you get club lounge access? How was the lounge?
No lounge

- What about welcome drinks, welcome amenities or any other special perks?
Welcome drinks one for each person in the room & good for most drinks including champagne. Plate of chocolates and bottles of water provided in room and replaced daily. Weekend breakfast was proactively given and extended to the bank holiday Monday here.

- Value for $ or Vouchers? Would you return?
Would definitely return, but hotel is pricey
