I have a reservation at LIH for mid-August and I am a President's Circle member and booked through my company's corporate code. I haven't used my Presidents Circle membership before and am wondering what the most efficient way to get my car is. My confirmation email says my Service Type is "Gold Canopy". I've been reading about all the issues people are having getting their rental cars - does being PC mean I skip the counter entirely and go to a special lot in LIH or is there a separate line at the counter for PC? Would this mean I'd have more of a chance for my car to actually be there when I arrive in LIH or are chances that I will have to wait for hours before a car arrives.

I haven't prepaid for my car but I would be willing to prepay if that would help - although it doesn't say where I can prepay on the reservation.

Any experience/advice would be welcome. Thank you!
