Today at passport control, the booth next to mine was serving a family travelling from TLL, speaking Russian. I don't know if they had Estonian or Russian passports, but I'd assume Estonian. They had booked a hotel for an overnight transfer. Border guard told them it is not allowed... I went through and don't know how it turned out in the end, but I would assume they were not allowed in.

It's all 1986 at HEL, in more ways than one.
